Meet me in Tokyo at IPBC Asia 2026

I will be in Tokyo for IPBC Asia, held from 17 to 19 November 2026 at the Grand Hyatt. It will be an opportunity to meet in-house IP teams and counsel from Asia who have, or will have, patents to enforce or defend in Europe.

Patent litigation in France and before the Unified Patent Court, disputes over standard essential patents and FRAND terms, preliminary injunctions and saisie-contrefaçon: I am available to discuss a strategy, a pending matter or a question of principle. The firm acts in particular as French and UPC patent correspondent and assists Japanese companies with their European patent and trade secret issues.
