Palmarès du Droit 2026: Dhenne Avocats named laureate in patent law
Dhenne Avocats is among the laureates of the Palmarès du Droit 2026, ranked second in the Patent Law category for firms with fewer than ten lawyers. The ceremony of this fourteenth edition was held in Paris on 31 March 2026.

Scope of the ranking
The Palmarès du Droit is run by Le Monde du Droit, published by LegalNews, in partnership with the French association of in-house lawyers (AFJE). The ranking is based on votes from three groups: clients of the firms, AFJE members and Le Monde du Droit subscribers, who score their advisers against a set of criteria. The three highest-rated firms in each category are named laureates.
How it reflects our practice
A recognition granted by those who instruct counsel carries particular weight in patent matters, where a firm’s value lies in how it actually runs the dispute: forum choice, evidence building, saisie-contrefaçon, the strength of the validity case and the recovery of damages.
