IAM Patent 1000 2026: the firm and Matthieu Dhenne recommended

Dhenne Avocats and Matthieu Dhenne are listed in the 2026 edition of the IAM Patent 1000, published on 1 June 2026, for patent litigation in France: the firm is ranked in the bronze band and Matthieu Dhenne is recognised in his own right.

Publié par IAM, le Patent 1000 recense les cabinets et les praticiens du brevet les plus recommandés au monde. Le classement ne repose pas sur une candidature : il est établi à partir d’entretiens conduits auprès du marché (clients, confrères, conseils en propriété industrielle) et des dossiers déclarés par les cabinets. Les cabinets y sont répartis en bandes (or, argent, bronze) et les praticiens distingués séparément.

This twofold recognition matches what we are: a practice entirely dedicated to patent litigation, in which the founding partner argues the cases himself. Before the Paris Judicial Court as before the Unified Patent Court, the quality of a case depends as much on the person who runs it as on the team that prepares it.
