Palmarès du Droit 2026: Dhenne Avocats recognised in patent litigation

Dhenne Avocats received a Silver Award in patent litigation at the Palmarès du Droit 2026. The ceremony for the fifteenth edition was held on Tuesday 31 March 2026.

The Palmarès du Droit is an initiative of Le Monde du Droit, published by LegalNews, in partnership with the French in-house counsel association (AFJE). Its method is what gives it its value: firms are assessed by legal departments themselves — by those who instruct them and who live the cases from the inside.

That is precisely what makes this distinction worth having. Patent litigation is not judged on reputation but on how cases are actually run: the choice of forum, the building of evidence, the conduct of a actual seizure for infringement, the strength of an invalidity argument, the reconstruction of loss.
