The license contract for design rights is a contract of intellectual property under the terms of which the holder of a design or model grants one or more other persons – called licensees – the exclusive right to exploit the design or model or certain uses of this right. Unlike the transfer of rights, the license does not transfer the design or model right, which remains the property of the title holder.
