Each one addresses a specific need, with an identified deliverable, a timetable and a time cap agreed in advance. They complement traditional advisory and litigation work and may, where the situation requires, lead to a representation mandate before the Paris Judicial Court or the Unified Patent Court.

How these services work

Each service starts with a scoping meeting, which allows the firm to check for conflicts of interest and to define the question asked. A written proposal then describes the scope, deliverables, timetable and fees. The work is carried out by a small team under the responsibility of Matthieu Dhenne and ends with an oral presentation accompanied by a clear recommendation. Any follow-up work is the subject of a separate proposal.
