Dhenne Avocats is a growing patent litigation boutique. Cases are multiplying before the Paris Judicial Court, the Unified Patent Court and the European Patent Office, and the team is expanding to handle them.

We regularly look for lawyers, trainee lawyers and interns who want to practise patent law in direct contact with the cases. If patent litigation appeals to you, write to us: the team is built with those who want to take part in it.

A practice focused on patents and industrial property, with technical cases in pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, mechanics and software.

A real place in the cases from day one: research, analysis of claims, drafting of written submissions, preparation of hearings and of saisies-contrefaçon, exchanges with patent attorneys and foreign correspondents.

A human-sized team, where everyone works directly with the firm’s lawyers and follows a case from opening to closing.

Lawyers with initial experience in intellectual property or litigation, trainee lawyers in their final placement, students in a master’s degree in intellectual property, doctors of law.

A scientific or technical background is an asset. English is required, German is appreciated.
