Valentin Morel-Lab
Valentin Morel-Lab has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023. He practises intellectual property litigation, mainly in patent matters.
Within the firm he handles infringement and revocation actions, prepares and follows saisie-contrefaçon operations and applications to set the order aside, works on applications for provisional measures in claim and in defence, and on the trade secret and confidentiality questions that come with those cases.
Before joining Dhenne Avocats he gained a first experience of technical litigation, in intellectual property and in information technology law.

Valentin est titulaire du Master 2 Droit de l’économie du numérique de l’Université de Strasbourg (2018) et d’une maîtrise en droit privé judiciaire de l’Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (2017).
