Pharma Litigation Watch brings together the case law of the Unified Patent Court in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and, more broadly, life sciences matters, the firm's analyses and the key notions of the glossary. Scope

The database covers the decisions of the Unified Patent Court handed down in life sciences litigation, since the Court opened on 1 June 2023. Each entry identifies the panel, the division, the type of action, the parties and the case numbers, and links to the official decision, which remains the sole authoritative source.

The life sciences classification is editorial. It rests on the identification of the dispute and its subject matter: active ingredients, formulations, second medical uses, biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics. Disputes outside this field remain outside this selection.

Key notions
