For a useful first answer, please give the number of the patent at issue, the court already seised if there is one, and the date of the next deadline. We will tell you promptly whether the firm is able to act, whether there is a conflict of interest, and on what timetable.

Requests concerning an ongoing saisie-contrefaçon or a summons on short notice should be flagged as such in the first message, so that they are handled as a priority.

Conflicts of interest, confidentiality and meetings

Before any first exchange on a matter, the firm runs a conflict-of-interest check. The patent number, the names of the parties and the court seised are enough to start it. No confidential document should be sent before that check is complete.
