Louise Hülsmann
Louise Hülsmann practises intellectual property litigation, mainly in patent matters.
She works on infringement and revocation actions, on the preparation of saisie-contrefaçon operations and on trade secret questions. Her dual training in law and art history also leads her to handle intellectual property matters touching the art market and the cultural industries.
Before joining the firm she practised intellectual property, in private practice and then within the Intellectual Property and Media legal department of Danone.
Education
Louise holds the Master 2 in Intellectual Property and International Trade Law from CEIPI (University of Strasbourg) and is a graduate of the Paris Bar School. She followed a parallel course in art history at the École du Louvre.
Teaching
Louise has taught European business law at ESSCA.

Louise works in French, in English and in German.
