After a first career as a sound engineer, Benjamin MOLLET-VIEVILLE is now a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.
Benjamin's practice focuses on intellectual property law (patents, copyright, trademarks and designs) and unfair competition law (unfair competition and parasitism), both as counsel and litigator.

Benjamin holds a Master degree in Applied Intellectual Property Law, directed by Professor Christophe CARON (Paris XII University).
Non-profit
Benjamin is the General Secretary of the Institut Stanislas de Boufflers. He is also an active member of AIPPI (Association Internationale de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
