Definition : Enveloppe Soleau

The enveloppe Soleau constitutes a means of proof making it possible to guarantee a date certain for a creation by means of its filing with the INPI completing light-handed filing formalities. It's a simple and inexpensive means of proof that allows you to build up proof of creation and give a certain date to a creation: descriptions or two-dimensional reproductions of creations protected by industrial property (patent, design): technical drawings, schematics, etc.; creations protected by the literary and artistic property according to the article L112-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code: literary works, photographs, musical creations, all or part of the code making up software, etc.
