Matthieu DHENNE is a member of the Paris Bar since 2014.
Matthieu’s focuses on patent litigation and trade secret litigation.
He regularly represents companies before French Courts in patent litigations e.g. chemistry, life sciences, electronic, medical, and mechanical devices.
Its expertise has been recognized by several international rankings: Legal 500 (tier 1) for patent litigation and Leader’s League for patent litigation (strong notoriety) and for patent litigation in the life sciences sector (strong notoriety).
Matthieu is also the President of the think tank Institut de Boufflers and the author of numerous articles and books on patent law, with a particular focus on new information technologies and pharmaceuticals. He is the French referent for the international Kluwer Patent Blog and associate Professor at the Panthéon-Assas University (Master 2 Industrial Property).
Matthieu’s expertise explains why he is regularly consulted by the French authorities, interviewed by the French media, and appointed as an expert observer within the Global Partnership for Artificial Intelligence at the OECD.
