{"id":10053,"date":"2024-04-03T10:30:58","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T10:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dhenne-avocat.sea-dev-and-sun.fr\/?p=10053"},"modified":"2024-04-23T10:56:37","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T10:56:37","slug":"upc-saisie-contrefacon-part-iv-the-appeal-against-the-saisie-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dhenne-avocats.fr\/en\/upc-saisie-contrefacon-part-iv-the-appeal-against-the-saisie-order\/","title":{"rendered":"UPC \u201cseizure\u201d Part IV: the appeal against the \u201cseizure\u201d order"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Last week, we had the opportunity to review <a href=\"https:\/\/patentblog.kluweriplaw.com\/2024\/03\/14\/upc-saisie-contrefacon-part-i-the-texts\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">the texts<\/a> concerning the UPC \u201cseizure\u201d, the <em>ex parte<\/em> orders issued in the <a href=\"https:\/\/patentblog.kluweriplaw.com\/2024\/03\/18\/upc-saisie-contrefacon-part-ii-the-oerlikon-case\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">OERLIKON<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/patentblog.kluweriplaw.com\/2024\/03\/22\/upc-saisie-contrefacon-part-iii-the-c-kore-case\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">C-KORE<\/a> cases. In the latter, which is before the Paris local division, the seized party has lodged an appeal against the order.
