The bailiff, with a court order, confiscates or seals the offending products (e.g. goods, packaging) to <strong>prevent<\/strong> them from being put into circulation or to prevent the destruction of evidence. This is a more restrictive measure than descriptive seizure, as it temporarily deprives the holder of the seized item.
