After a first career as a sound engineer, Benjamin MOLLET-VIEVILLE is now a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.

He holds a Master II Applied Intellectual Property Law, directed by Professor Christophe CARON (Paris XII University).

He is involved in intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, design and patent law) and unfair competition and parasitism, both as counsel and in litigation.

Benjamin MOLLET-VIEVILLE is Secretary General of the Stanislas de Boufflers Institute. He is also an active member of the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
